1 ton of hot air cotton can make about 400,000 to 600,000 KN95/N95/FFP2/FFP3 folding masks.
2. Can ES hot air cotton replace melt blown cloth?
Melt blown cloth is the most important raw material for the production of masks, commonly known as the "heart" of masks. It has good filtering, shielding, heat insulation and oil absorption properties. It can filter out viruses attached to body fluids. It mainly plays a filtering role in masks and is an indispensable filter material for masks.
